Ama and Stephen Commissioned for Significant New Publications
As the Procurement Act 2023 has received Royal Assent, and Regulations are now being laid before the UK Parliament ahead of implementation in October 2024, Law academics Dr Ama Eyo, Senior Lecturer in Public Procurement, and Stephen Clear, Lecturer in Constitutional and Administrative Law, have been further commissioned in respect of two books in the field.听
Dr Ama Eyo, Senior Lecturer in Public Procurement, and Mr Stephen Clear, Lecturer in Constitutional and Administrative Law, with be joining the author team to work on the 4th edition of English Law of Public and Utilities Procurement. Collaborating with Professor Sue Arrowsmith KC (Hon) and Professor Luke R. A. Butler, Ama and Stephen will be authoring analyses of the Social Partnership and Public procurement Act 2023 of Wales, especially in relation to the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.听
In addition, Ama and Stephen have received a further commission by Thomson Reuters to co-author a re-write of their loose-leaf book, Public Procurement law and Practice.
These research engagements and commissions demonstrate how significant Ama and Stephen are in this particular aspect of Law studies. Indeed, their contributions and publications will be very beneficial in many regards and will feed into the developing discourses surrounding recent legal developments, including the Procurement Act 2023 being implemented in October 2024.
