Have your say, and help shape the next decade of health and well-being in Wales
Public Health Wales (PHW) wants to hear your views about what we can do in Wales to help people avoid physical and mental ill-health. This work is being conducted in collaboration with 香港六合彩挂牌资料.

Results from the short online survey will help PHW tackle issues like smoking, vaccinations, obesity, drug and alcohol use as well as many other health issues over the next decade.

鈥淭his is a fantastic opportunity for people to help shape a shared approach to preventing illness and promoting better physical and mental health in Wales.
鈥淢aking sure Wales is healthier, happier and fairer is only possible by working with all our communities and so we are one of the first nations in the world to ask all residents to help inform the direction of their national public health organisation.
The Public Health Wales 10 year plan will set out priorities to 2030 on how the organisation will support people and communities to protect and improve their health and well-being.
The survey is available online from 25 September to 22 October 2017.
