Why Study Computer Science?
- We see all our students as individuals and understand their strengths. Our office doors are always open to all our students, whether you want to discuss your academic work, research theories or just have a chat about life. Anyone who chooses to study with us gets help every step of the way and will graduate with a qualification that employers love, as well as memories and friends that last a lifetime.
- We are a lively community with well-equipped laboratories, networked computers using industry-standard software and our own library.
- Our research and other interactions with industry ensure that our courses reflect recent developments. Staff are practising professionals, who work on joint projects and act as consultants to industry.
We have recently installed a large networking laboratory – designed to provide the opportunity to design and administer networks and to support the delivery of computer architecture modules.
