Student ExperienceÌý

My full name is Ross Oliver Griffiths. The course I'm studying is Professional Policing and I'm in my first year.

The reason I chose Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆ×ÊÁÏ and was after coming to an open day here.

After meeting all the lectures and seeing the course content, I thought this is the right place for me.

The coolest part of my course so far has been the experiences that we've had.

We've been able to go to the control centre in St Asaph.

Armed Response unit has come to visit us and show us the equipment that they use and to give it a good insight into North Wales Police.

Favourite thing of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆ×ÊÁÏ 100% is the community that we have here.

But also say the amount of sports that we have here as well make it a lot easier to make friends outside as well.

Piece of advice that I'd have to new students would be just join in with everything and come out of your shell as much as you can.

Do you have a question about life as a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆ×ÊÁÏ student? Our ambassadors will be happy to help you find the answer.

They can tell you more about studying here, about the amazing Clubs and Societies we have, and how they made friends and settled into life at university.
