Arts, culture and language have been taught at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆ×ÊÁÏ since its founding in 1884. Today the school continues to offer the highest quality teaching alongside within a close-knit and supportive community of students and teaching staff.
The university is set between the mountain and the sea in a cultural landscape which has inspired creative works from ancient myths to authors such as JRR Tolkien and Philip Pullman, and Oscar winning filmmaker Danny Boyle.
